A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Development Manager to join this independent international consultancy in London.

Due to the continued success of the Real Estate Development team, they are seeking to expand their team by appointing as Assistant Development Manager to join the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who not only wants to be in a growing team but also develop your career in Development Management.

You will have a good understanding of the Real Estate Sector either from a development or project management perspective with an understanding of taking projects through the RIBA stages 0-3.

The suitable candidate will be highly numerate, keen to grow and develop and possess a long-term focus. The business also actively encourages continued professional development.
