UCL Accommodation has set out an ambitious new vision of becoming the leading provider of accommodation in the HEI sector; delivering an exceptional student experience and is embarking on new strategy to delivery this vision. The UCL accommodation team manage 26 halls which are home to 6500 students.

Overview

This role is key to ensuring we are able to offer an outstanding service to our students 24/7. As a Weekend and Out of Hours Accommodation Service Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all of the accommodation portfolio, maintaining a safe and secure environment at all times and providing a responsive customer service during the weekends.

Our buildings offer a social and collaborative community for our students to live whilst studying. You will deliver an impeccable and sincere service to create a first-class student experience.

Person Specification

The successful candidate will have a proven background in customer led environment, which could be a nominated student provider, hotel, retail or leisure venue. You will possess demonstrable experience in providing a ‘best in class’ service with a proven track record in delivering high levels of H&S. You will be able to work on your own initiative and be able to make operational decisions.
