The Nights are just as important as the days and we are looking for leaders to lead our night operations between 10pm and 7am.
This role is key to ensuring we are able to offer an outstanding service to our students 24/7. As a Night Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all of the accommodation portfolio, maintaining a safe and secure environment at all times and providing a responsive customer service. This includes providing a point of escalation and incident response and being responsible for the overall performance and responsiveness of the Student Safety Team overnight, ensuring that they create and maintain a clean, safe, secure, and inclusive environment where our students and our people can thrive.

The successful candidate will have a proven background in customer led environment, which could be a nominated student provider, hotel, retail, or leisure venue. You will possess demonstrable experience in providing a ‘best in class’ service with a proven track record in delivering high levels of H&S. You will be able to work on your own initiative and be able to make operational decisions.
