About the client
On behalf of a secondary school, MRG Interim Executives are currently recruiting an Interim Estates Project Manager to mange a number of refurbishment and capital projects.
Background
Operating autonomously and independently, as Interim Estates Project Manager deliverables will include: –
- Management of projects carried out by a delivery partner
- Provide project oversight to architectural professionals
- Technically manage the delivery of property and estate related projects
- Management of refurbishment projects as well as large capital projects with values ranging between £250k – £8m respectively
- Managing the delivery of capital projects ranging from schools, car parking, listed buildings, sports buildings
- Project manage a diverse estate portfolio
- Ensure building work is being managed in-line with project plans
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant estate management/property management qualification
- Project management qualification ideally
- Willingness to travel to sites as required
- Ideally you will have managed an educational estate portfolio or similar
- Proven track record in a similar capacity
- Technically minded with the ability to manage refurbishment and capital projects
