The Management Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with one of the UKs most well-known and respected multi-academy trusts to appoint their new Health & Safety Compliance Manager.
Based in London, and currently operating an agile working pattern (two core days on-site), the Health & Safety Compliance Manager will be responsible for providing strategic, operational, and technical advice to senior stakeholders within the trust. Core responsibilities will include developing robust compliance and safety reporting and monitoring processes, creating and implementing policies that will be utilised across the trust, and coaching and educating colleagues and stakeholders on the importance of compliance and safety.
Coming in to this role, the successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar roles – delivering across the points made above. A keen eye for detail and outstanding communication skills are at the forefront of what makes the right candidate, as you will be responsible for not only building relationships with stakeholders across the trust, but also the education and coaching of these individuals to promote best and compliant practices. Taking ownership of process is important, as you would be the first point of call for health and safety, a position that carries a lot of responsibility. Salary is £40,000 – £50,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits – and also working with a likeminded team and SLT who are focused on developing their staff. It is an exciting time to join the trust.
