We are seeking to appoint to the crucial role of Director of Student Futures. The Director of Student Futures will be responsible for the strategic oversight and continuous improvement of a range of services, delivering a high-quality experience for all our students, which maximises their employability potential and achieves excellent outcomes.
The role holder will be responsible for ensuring the University delivers an inclusive, joined-up and adaptive approach to our employability provision for all Keele students, including undergraduates, postgraduates, home and overseas students, full time and part time, and online only learners. Delivery will be informed by student voice and strong partnerships with employers.
The post calls for an exceptional communicator who can demonstrate a track record of engaging senior figures from industry, business and the public sector, as well as having the ability to translate strategy into action and command the respect of the academic community.
The successful applicant will have an inclusive, determined and inspirational approach to leadership, encouraging ideas, initiative and innovation in others whilst establishing a cost-effective and high-performance culture based on continuous improvement. They must be able to build strong and purposeful relationships with partners and potential partners and play a key strategic role in enabling our schools to fulfil their potential.
