Hammerson approached MRG in order to source a candidate to lead the Property Management function at high profile retail landlord, Hammerson, presiding over shopping centres and other retail assets. MRG conducted a broad search across Managing Agents, other retail Investors, and significant landlords.
The process involved MRG conducting competency-based interviews and psychometric profiling to assess behaviours and communication and management styles as well as Emotional Intelligence testing. We worked closely with Hammerson as they conducted stringent assessment centres, managing candidates’ expectations and walking them through the process.
The successful candidate is settling into their role and is currently undertaking a significant outsourcing project.
