An excellent opportunity for a Bid Coordinator has arisen to join an international professional services business that provide engineering consultancy, design, planning and project management services across the buildings, infrastructure and environmental sectors. Based out of the Leeds office, the Bid Coordinator will join the work winning team and assist Bid Manager with the production of top quality, timely and effective proposals and marketing collateral.
To carry out the Bid Coordination position you will need a passion for writing, project management skills and an investigative approach. This can be gained from a previous work winning role or within a professional writing position such as journalism. A knowledge of the bid process and architectural, engineering or construction sectors would be beneficial but not essential. Proposals are created using InDesign, so working experience using the Adobe CC suite is preferred.
This role is to initially cover maternity leave for twelve months on a Fixed Term Contract, with the possibly of becoming a permanent position. In return, you will be offered a competitive salary of up to £28,000 with an excellent benefits package from day one.
