An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Bid Coordinator to join an international leader in rail infrastructure and engineering services provider. They offer a full range of rail infrastructure activities from high-speed rail to mass rapid transit, covering urban, rural and commuter routes, for both public and private railways.
The Bid Coordinator will work closely to provide support to the bid team and will report directly into the Bid Managers, deputising when appropriate. The role will entail coordination, writing (copy editing / proof reading), managing and collating of technical documents and PQQs, producing bespoke and aesthetically pleasing material reflecting the company’s vision of success in excellence and innovative solutions. The key to the success of this role is to ensure that the correct resources for the quality of submissions are in place and that timescales are met.
The successful candidate will already have previous exposure and a proven track record in a bidding role preferably from the built environment but this is not essential. Degree educated, you will edit, collate and format bid content. You will be IT proficient in Microsoft Office, analytical and organised, enjoying working well under pressure to ensure strict deadlines are met.
