Please be aware that not all Recruitment Consultants will provide you with Service Guarantees and before registering with any other companies you should ask what they will do to protect your details and the services they offer.  Please also remember that clients do not want to see your details registered with/forwarded by every Agent in town and being selective in whom you choose to represent you helps you present yourself in the right light and manner.

Our Service Guarantees

• When you register with The Management Recruitment Group we will arrange for you to meet one of our Consultants. This helps us to represent you in the right way and helps you to understand what we do and how you can get the best out of us. We need to know and understand your Key Career Motivators so that we can best match you to a future employer. Please do not trust your CV to people who do not offer to meet you, as you can not be sure what they will do with it.
• Under no circumstance will we forward your CV to a company without your prior agreement. This protects you and ensures your details only go to clients whom you feel are right for you
• Before you meet a client we will provide you with a full briefing using our own The Management Recruitment Group Matching Matrix. This Matrix is a simple and easy to use test of your Key Career Motivators against what is on offer with a prospective employer.
• We will keep in touch on a regular basis and give you full and honest feedback. We talk straight so that people know where they stand.
• If you have any problems or issues regarding our service please call our offices and ask to speak to a Director. We will do everything we can to resolve any query.

In return we would ask that you keep us fully informed of any applications that you make independently, keep an open mind on any positions we offer, prepare well for interviews, to be patient (the best positions are sometimes worth the wait) and finally to recommend our service to your friends, family and colleagues.
