- We will evaluate candidate suitability using the MRG Matching Matrix. This provides a useful quick reference and a tool for use at interview.
- We will interview every candidate and brief them using the Client Profile and MRG Matching Matrix.
- We will not headhunt from a client organisation i.e. a client who has used our services in the last 12 months (paid an invoice).
- Under no circumstances will we headhunt permanent placements.
- You will always deal with an experienced Recruiter and a Director will act as your point of contact to manage your Account.
