Simon Cheshire - CEO

He has 20 years experience in specialist management recruitment. He was previously with Hays in the UK, Australia and Europe. He has direct experience in many countries including the UK, France, Spain Sweden, Italy, Dubai, The Czech Republic and Poland and across many industry sectors. He also has extensive experience in Outsourcing and International Resourcing Campaigns.

Robert Smith - Chairman

A Fellow of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation, Robert has worked in the recruitment industry since 1978. Formerly with Hays where he was Managing Director of Montrose/Hays Construction & Property for 19 years, presiding over its development into the UK’s largest recruitment business in this sector. As a recognised industry figure, he served as Chairman of the Lighthouse Club, the construction industry charity, from 2000-2004 and is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Constructors

Howard Bridgwater - Finance Director

A Chartered Accountant he has 20 years experience at plc board level, the last 10 years with Hays as Finance Director UK. Prior to Hays he was Finance Director at a major quoted housebuilder and prior to this Financial Director with a leading logistics provider. He has a wealth of experience in the UK recruitment market.

Julian Parmenter - Non-Executive Director

A veteran of 20 years in the investment banking world having worked for SG Warburg, Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan. His last role was as a Managing Director at JP Morgan where he was Head of Equity Trading for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has a wealth of experience both in listed companies and also in private equity investments where he has taken a leading role in helping the development of several start up companies.
