About Ben
Since joining MRG in 2008 I have specifically focussed on working with organisations with a social cause, be that education, healthcare, science, not-for-profit, social infrastructure or public services institutions, on the recruitment of leadership roles predominantly in the real estate space and on occasion other corporate services leadership roles. Notable appointments that I have personally worked on with the team recently have included the Chief Operating Officer (2023 Campus) for the Open University, Estates Transformation Director at the Zoological Society of London and Director of Estates & Campus Services at Keele University.
Whilst still very much enjoying direct involvement in the recruitment campaigns with our partners in these sectors, I’m proud to have been a board member of MRG since 2014 during which time we have seen fantastic advancement and diversification of the business. I thoroughly enjoy working with our talented Board and Management team on the development and execution of strategy, growth, and investment plans across the Group, whilst taking direct responsibility for the leadership and growth of the UK business.
I have 18 years experience in the recruitment industry, with 15 of those being spent at MRG, having joined the business in 2008.
