Job Description

A Site Manager is needed to join a privately owned construction company who have developed a winning reputation within industry. They are heavily involved in both private and public sector projects, with projects ranging in value of £50,000 - £4million across the leisure, retail & commercial sector. Their forward thinking attitude and genuine appetite and drive to succeed have put them in a very good position to build upon what they have already achieved.

Job Description:

They are looking to appoint a Site Manager with a can-do attitude who isn’t afraid to get stuck in, get his hands dirty and really push the delivery of the project through to completion on time and within budget.

The position would suit a proven Site Manager who stems from a carpentry background with extensive knowledge within the commercial fast track fit out industry. You will report directly into a Contracts Manager who will visit the site weekly. You will be responsible for the management of trades on site, health and safety, the programme, material control and general site management duties.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

SSSTS or SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid, Carpentry Background, Extensive knowledge of the commercial fit out industry.

Package:

  • £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
