You will be part of the Operations Management team and responsible for providing comprehensive quantity surveying services, and contractual documentation, to the University focusing particularly on maintenance activities.
The successful candidate will have significant experience of in a quantity surveying or commercial management role gained in the construction and maintenance industry. You will be able to identify, analyse, and manage project costs particularly with respect to the management of maintenance works, and work pro-actively with a high level of initiative. You will have highly developed communication skills and strong influencing and negotiating skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
