We are non-apologetically doing something a bit different, putting our customers at the heart of our business. We currently operate over 10,000 student beds throughout the UK and have ambitious plans over the coming years.

Overview

This is a newly created role within the Property Services Team with responsibility for the procurement of the Facilities & Infrastructure (F&I) hard & soft service contracts, including maintenance, service, frameworks and projects to ensure that they reflect our business, commercial and service requirements.

You will cover the entire procurement cycle, developing procurement and supply chain engagement strategies, and negotiating contracts. You will be expected to drive continuous improvement and innovation through supplier relationship and management. You will also develop and implement procedures for auditing and performance management to ensure best in class service.

Person Specification

The successful candidate will possess strong commercial acumen with a proven track record managing a diverse and challenging portfolio of major procurement projects, also, leading and setting direction for the commercial strategy to ensure they deliver breakthrough performance in terms of cost, quality and service.
