Overview

They are seeking to appoint an Estates Manager to oversee our capital investment plan and strategic maintenance across our 12 independent schools. Reporting to the Head of Estates you will lead on the delivery of the Estates Strategy for the Independent Schools. Liaising with the Heads of schools you will review the energy usage, the capital investment and maintenance programmes. You will also assist the Head of Estates to develop a framework for delivery standards, polices and training. You will deliver best in class estates & facilities that underpin our educational excellence.

About you

The successful candidate will possess demonstrable experience of leading an estate across a comparable diverse portfolio and be qualified in a relevant built environment discipline. You will be a strong communicator with extensive experience in leading an outstanding customer facing team of both directly employed and contracted staff. This post will suit professionals who enjoy taking strategic responsibility in addition to fully participating in long-term business planning.
