Job Description

We are working with a leading Residential Development business who are looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator to work alongside a Technical Manager on Volume House Building schemes from inception through to completion.

Suitable candidates will come from either an Architectural Practice looking to break into Residential Development or someone who is already at the level of Assistant/Technical Coordinator looking to progress their career.

The main responsibilities will be.

  • Providing technical information and support to enable regional objectives and targets to be achieved.
  • Organising the preparation of site viability studies and establish satisfactory resolution to technical issues identified as part of the planning application.
  • Commissioning surveys and reports as required, ensuring all information is available for pre start/concept meeting.
  • Instructing, supervising and monitoring consultants on post-acquisition work ensuring compliance with building regulations and NHBC Standards.
  • Ensuring all solutions are the most cost effective and practical.
  • Protecting the company’s interests and providing technical details for pricing ensuring information is issued on time and to budget.

On offer is a salary between £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, company car, pension, healthcare, 25 days annual leave and other company benefits.
