A prestigious and world renowned Central London estate are seeking to appoint a Soft Landings Manager to advise the development team on all property management related issues during the design and build stages of their substantial pipeline of developments across the portfolio.

The 50 plus team members are responsible for a portfolio consisting of around 150 properties across commercial, retail, residential and leisure sectors with an annual rent role of over 150m.

The successful Soft Landings Manager will be responsible for advising on and influencing the design of future developments and major capital works on the estate from a property management and operations perspective. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Head of Estate Management.

The successful candidate will likely have an engineering background and have experience in property management and advising on large scale developments from a property management and operations perspective. They will need gravitas as much of this role requires having the ability to influence and persuade distinct factions of the design and development teams. The role is also very client facing so will require excellent customer service skills.
