A London “high rise residential” specialist is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a Grade II listed refurbishment of a 26 storey tower in East London, which will house 163 homes for a well known HA.  

The development will include new external façade, balconies, windows, door and full internal refurbishment of the entire block of apartments.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing day to day site management on your phase
  • Coordination and liaison with Sub Contractors
  • Be responsible for managing and coordinate the scope of works
  • Assisting in the smooth delivery of the overall development
  • Liaising with internal departments including commercial and technical teams
  • Responsibility for Health & Safety
  • Tool box talks

Suitable candidates will have a number of years in Package Manager with a leading inner-city Developer/Contractor and will come from either a trade or academic background.

Main criteria for this role:

  • Able to / previous experience of working under a Project Manager on large scale schemes
  • London or Inner City High Rise experience (Minimum of 7 storey RC Frame)
  • Stable career history
  • Ability of managing external or internal elements of a development
  • Management CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid
