The Company:

A National Volume House Builder, who have a proud reputation spanniong over 40 years and and produce excellent high quality units in affordable commuter towns across the South of England.

They specialise in Traditional Build developments with the occasional Timber Frame development and produce sites of between 100 and 500 units.

The Role & Project:

They are in the market to appoint Senior Site Manager with experience of the whole build process from site inception through to handover. The development is a Traditional House Building scheme of 202 units on the outskirts of Cambridge and has a potential for further parcels of land on completion of this phase in 2019. 

The right candidate:

Reporting to a visiting Construction Manager and in turn to the Construction Director you will have a minimum of 10 years experience as a Site/ Senior Site Manager with a Volume Residential House Builder

Driven, enthusiastic, exacting standards. Someone with a minimum of 10 years experience in Site Management in the UK, working for a Residential House Builder on developments in excess of 100 units as a minimum.  

You will be able to manage programmes, read site drawings, conduct site inductions, lead sub contractor meetings, will have a good knowledge of UK Building Regulations HBF Standards.
