Over the past 5 years, they have established themselves globally offering a range of property services from Cost, Project and Programme Management through to Strategic Estates Development for private and public sector organisations spanning Healthcare, Science and Education.
The business has an ambitious strategy and with that in mind they are seeking to appoint a high calibre Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Cost Management team.
You will be part of the Cost management team supporting Directors, in delivering complex capital schemes on behalf of NHS Trusts, Research and Development facilities or Higher Education Institutions across the UK. Commissions may include managing cost efficiencies, costing advice, financial auditing of programmes or contract administration.
The successful candidate will have a background in Quantity Surveying across the Healthcare, Science and Education sectors either from a consultancy or client-side organisations and looking for that next step in their career or who wants to join a growing business. As part of the role, you will be expected to develop both existing and new clients and play an integral part in the continued growth of the business. It is preferable that the suitable candidate will possess Chartered Status.
