Our client, a market leader in contract cleaning, is looking to appoint a Sales Manager based out of their head office in South London.

They are a growing business who operates across a variety of business sectors including financial institutions, education, medical, public and commercial buildings. Their services range from office cleaning, window cleaning, pest control, waste management and many more.
About the role
The job will be split into two core competencies:
The successful applicant will be accomplished in maximising sales revenue and your role will include both new business and working with pre and existing client relationships. As a sales manager, your focus will be towards key accounts, tenders and long term deals.
The ideal candidate will be currently working within the cleaning sector and have a proven track record in business development. You must be a self-starter, who has a passion for sales and have a strong understanding of quoting / estimating. Low, medium and high value bidding experience is essential. You will also have previous management experience managing senior staff.
