As Sales Director you will be expected to provide the leadership and strategic planning to ensure your sales team delivers against sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:-

Based on your new build residential sales experience, you will be expected to provide direction and expertise to the Regional business, as well as having an exceptional eye for development opportunities and a complete understanding of the sales process.

In addition, you will provide support with the identification of new sites, input on the design layouts and oversee the marketing of these sites across the Region. You will be responsible for the setting of, and maintaining high standards of the sales team, as well as identification of training and development, as required.

The successful candidate will ideally have extensive experience of private house sales, and be an exceptional leader and motivator of a predominantly site based team.
