One of London's leading research led universities is seeking to appoint a Revenue and Allocations System Manager within their residences team. The university accommodates over 5,000 students in their halls of residence, making this is a pivotal position for the department.

As an interim, you will deliver a 10 month project to review and improve the day to day operations of the allocations department, with a large focus on the University’s RMS allocation system. Working with the team, you will be focussed on improving processes for their busy summer period, which in turn will enable the team to improve occupancy and maximise revenue for the 18/19 academic year.

Skills:

  • Proven track record and a strong understanding of working with reservations or allocations systems and software
  • Experience of analysing processes and implementing change into a close-knit team
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service and meeting tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to mentor and motivate staff

The role would suit individuals who have previous allocations or reservations experience within universities; directly or through private providers, social housing and hotels.

This is a 10 month fixed term contract with an immediate start.
