A large and highly prestigious main contractor is now seeking a high quality Proposals Coordinator to join their new regional office based in Woking. You will have very strong InDesign skills and have previous bid coordination experience ideally in the built environment. You will work closely with the growing pre construction team and report to the pre-construction director who has a number of years’ experience working for large main contractors at a senior level. The sectors you will focus on include healthcare, commercial, leisure and education. 

You will have previously had exposure with filling out PQQ’s, proof reading and editing bid content and creating bespoke templates and presentation packs in line with the clients requirement. As well as the day to day bid support activities you will assist in researching competitors in the Market and assisting with post tender reviews when required. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a new region and be recognised as an integral part of the growth of the region working closely with people that are pushing in the same direction.
