Due to a number of exciting project wins, this regional office of a multinational construction consultancy is expanding their team in the Hampshire area. They are seeking to appoint additional resource those with a background in Programme and Project Management who are interested in working on a broad mix of projects.

This regional office started from scratch a few years ago and has developed a broad range of clients from Heritage, Local Government, Military, Blue Light services, Private schools, University capital development programmes plus a plethora of one off unique projects.

As a Programme Manager, you will be working on complex programmes for major multiphase developments for leading Universities, Blue Light Services and Life Sciences. Programmes vary and may include estate rationalisation, masterplan and capital development though to restructuring estates teams.

The role is client focused and places a large emphasis on establishing, developing and maintaining relationships therefore it is preferable that you have previous experience of a similar nature.
