An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Marketing and Bid Coordinator to join a leading architectural practice that specialise in bold and innovative plans, creating new spaces through bespoke design. This company operate within the cultural, healthcare, residential, education and transportation sectors across the UK and internationally.

The role of the Marketing and Bid Coordinator is to support the region in its marketing, tenders and business development activities by designing and producing high quality bid documentation and marketing collateral, while proactively seeking business opportunities through regular monitoring of regional portals.

The bidding responsibilities will include producing bid, PQQ and tender documentation using the Adobe Creative Suite, copywriting, proofreading, designing layouts and maintenance of the bidding library,

The marketing and business development responsibilities will include market research, establishing BD and P2P meetings, tracking activity, maintenance of internal systems, identifying and researching new contacts, business opportunities and award opportunities, identify regional projects for marketing / PR campaigns and coordination of project photography.

The Marketing & Bid Coordinator will be required to communicate with people at all levels including prestigious clients (both current and potential), consultants, contractors and other offices. You will be reporting to the Studio Manager which may also require some office administrative responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience of putting together tender submissions and & pre-qualification questionnaires, outstanding accuracy and organisation skills accompanied by being an excellent communicator, both verbally and written. Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite & advanced Microsoft office programmes are also essential.

In return you will receive a salary of up to 35,000 with a generous benefits package including 25 days holiday, 4 times salary life cover, personal accident cover and contributory pension.
