The Management Recruitment Group has been retained by a leading London based University to recruit an Interim Estates Procurement Manager for a minimum of 3-6 months paying £250 - £300 PAYE per day + Holiday Pay

Reporting to the Deputy Director of Estates, the Estates Procurement Manager will lead on the Procurement (including contracts and supply chain) across various construction related projects across their diverse property portfolio.

It is essential that you have experience in formulating and negotiating contracts in relation to Project Management Services, Building Services, Architectural Design Services, supply chain (management and procurement) as well as having working knowledge of industry standard construction related contracts (JCT and NEC).

It is expected that you will possess high levels of contract negotiation skills, supply chain relationship management skills as well as a diplomatic and collaborative approach to stakeholder management.
