The Management Recruitment Group has been retained by a leading provider of Student Accommodation to recruit an Interim Capital Projects Manager for a minimum of 3 months paying £300 - £400 Ltd per day.
Reporting to the Head of Property Services the Capital Projects Manager will play a key role in the delivery of their pre-contract refurbishment strategy to provide high quality accommodation and an exceptional student/customer experience. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing the condition of residential property, planning, commissioning and leading refurbishment, development and long-term maintenance strategy projects to improve and maintain accommodation and facilities. You will be responsible for three projects valued at £1m, £2m, and £3m respectively.
The role will be based in Birmingham with occasional travel to Leicester and Belfast and would require applicants to be immediately available, holding a current passport and able to commit to the 3 month contract.
It is expected that you will possess high levels of pre-contract negotiation skills, experience of Student Accommodation as well as a diplomatic and collaborative approach to stakeholder management.
