A multinational real estate services company is seeking to appoint an Associate Director of Bids to support its Business Development function, based in Central London.
The organisation is a one of the largest property companies listed on the London stock exchange, with operations on every major continent. The UK bids team is responsible for helping to secure new business opportunities across the wider business, and in turn keeping the company and its prestige at the forefront of the industry.
Based out of the UK head office, you will inherit a cross-functional role that plays an instrumental part in developing work-winning tender proposals across all company service lines. Joining the bids team, you will engage internal stakeholders to prepare for pitch presentations and project manage the overall bids process from inception to completion. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to work in a varied and challenging role.
The successful candidate will have significant experience of developing winning bids, ideally within the property, built environment or professional services sectors. Crucially for this role will be your ability to influence and change behaviours of stakeholders in a variety of functions and seniority.
