Our client, the managing agent of a landmark, mixed use scheme (predominantly retail) are seeking to appoint an Estate Manager overseeing property and asset management of the complex.

The successful Estate Manager will be responsible for driving the trading performance of the estate through enhancing the operational service provision and asset management. There responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Ongoing account reporting to key stakeholders and owners
  • Customer relations and tenant engagement
  • Procurement and service charge management
  • Training records
  • Capital expenditure
  • Communications
  • Compliance and Health & Safety
  • Assisting with the letting agents and other professionals

The successful candidate will have gained experience within a high profile shopping centre / mixed use environment. They will have sound business acumen, be highly communicative and collaborative and have excellent stakeholder management skills. Technically they will most like have a property management or equivalent qualification and will have proven leadership skills.

This is an opportunity to work on one of the recognised estates in the region as will offers a unique opportunity for the right candidate to influence and shape the estate going forward. This newly formed role will give the successful candidate coverage of the whole business as well as genuine influence and the ability to shape operational design aspects of the portfolio.
