Job Description

An unparalleled opportunity has arisen for a Director of Commercial Office Fit out to join a leading global real estate advisory firm. With a focus on the Office fit-out market, the successful candidate will be comfortable building client relationships, managing more junior team members as well as project delivery.

Due to the continued growth of the project management team within the Central London office, they are seeking to appoint a dedicated and driven Project Management Director.

You will play an integral part in both work winning and project delivery and act as lead Project Director on a number of key accounts. You will have additional people management responsibility, with a team of 18 Project Managers from Associates to Project Managers; you will be responsible for developing the team members, line management and recruitment.

The successful candidate will possess significant experience of managing a range of Commercial fit out projects primarily CAT B (valued up to and in excess of 50m) across the City and West End.

It is expected that you will be actively involved in maintaining and fostering key relationships with Clients, Agent and Occupiers in order to ensure a stable pipeline of work. Current and past projects have included Global Insurance Providers HQ, Investment Banks London Office, Fintech businesses and FTSE 100 Global HQ's. Due to the variety in scale and nature of these projects they are seeking an individual, who has a flexible approach, is adaptable and who is capable of managing a portfolio of diverse projects at any one time.

You will have gained experience of working on projects and will experience of providing high-level advisory services to clients and end users in these sectors. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential as you will be required to lead projects across large, complex organisations successfully working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Experience of managing teams is also highly desirable.

It is essential that you possess Chartered status (MRICS, RIBA, MAPM or MCIOB) and possess a track record in delivering construction related projects preferably within a consultancy environment.
