Our client is an East London based education organisation who are looking to appoint an Interim Deputy Head of Estates and Facilities. The candidate will act as the responsible person for one of their main estates, operating as the conduit between the internal stakeholders and their Estates team. The post holder will manage all aspects of the built environment ranging from the maintenance of the fabric, M&E services, soft FM and environmental management for their portfolio.

This is a traditional strategic ‘intelligent client’ role where the Facilities Manager is responsible for representing the end users/stakeholders in ensuring the effective and efficient provision of all aspects of facilities management operations. This is a diverse role that would make an attractive assignment to add to an interim professional’s portfolio.
This is an interim role that will start ASAP and last for approximately 6 months.
