A Residential Developer with an operating patch in London, Essex, Herts and the Thames Valley requires a Customer Care Manager to cover its sites across the Northern Home Counties and London.

With previous Customer Care Management experience, you will manage both supply chain and directly employed Maintenance Operatives and Coordinators, to ensure daily and 12 month defects are dealt with timely and efficiently. You will provide technical support to coordinator allocating work, whilst managing departmental costs and procedures.

Key requirements:

  • Previous residential customer care experience
  • A proven technical knowledge of house building
  • Clear understanding of NHBC standards and requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of construction Health and Safety
  • Budget and cost management experience
  • Good leadership skills

On offer is a basic salary of between £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, car allowance, pension, healthcare, and performance related bonus along with generous holiday entitlement.
