A leading Regional Main Contractor, delivering schemes throughout the London and the Southern Home Counties is looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to oversee up to two schemes across London.

With over 60 years' experience, the company has established itself amongst the top building companies delivering high quality, sustainable construction projects across a range of sectors including Commercial, Hotel & Leisure, Education, Healthcare, Residential and Retail.

A UK (London) presence was established in 2011 and has experienced rapid growth over the last four years. The company currently employs over 60 staff at its headquarters in London. Typical projects range in size up to 45 million; and the company is forecasting a turnover of 80 million for 2017.

You will immediately be responsible for two schemes running concurrently with a third scheme starting later in the year.

You will be contractually aware and possess good technical knowledge. Health and Safety will be one of your key priorities and you will demonstrate the ability to offer strong guidance to Site / Project Managers as and when required.

The Client is seeking to appoint an individual who is proven within a Contracts Management role and has a track record of delivering larger projects coupled with a stable employment history gained working for recognised main contractors.

Location and cultural fit will be key ingredients for the successful candidate.

On offer for this Contracts Manager position is a basic salary of up to 95,000 per annum plus a comprehensive benefits package.
