Our client is a boutique design and build company that has been on an impressive growth trajectory and are seeking to continue on this path by appointing a Business Development Manager.
Reporting into the Director, you will take charge of driving new business acquisition through the occupier and landlord channels in the commercial real estate market. This is a client facing role whereby you will be networking with key stakeholders within the mentioned markets and executing Cat A and Cat B fit out initiatives.
The successful candidate will have gained their commercial experience in a strategic and new business focussed role, ideally in the design and build sector, however candidates may also have come from a property or related service that is provided to occupiers and commercial landlords. Your success will have determined a strong network of contacts which you will be able to call upon for. Critically for this role, you will be self-driven and have the ability to influence decision makers.
In return, you will receive a basic salary of £90,000 - £100,000 p.a. + car allowance plus an industry leading bonus scheme as well as other benefits including private healthcare, life assurance and pension to name but a few.
