We are supporting a market leader in the fit out and construction industry. The business is looking to appoint an exceptional Bid Manager to join their award-winning team to be based in the heart of the City.

The company has offices globally and the London office is the hub for Europe. You will work closely with both the Head of Work Winning and the Business Development Manager in order to create exceptional bids - managing the process from conception through to Client handover. Utilising the Estimating and Pre-Construction teams, you will write bid content from scratch and formulate strategic bid-win plans. Additionally, you will play an integral part in maintaining internal and external relationships, including stakeholder interaction. The successful candidate will have a very high standard of written English and be highly versed using InDesign and the relevant Microsoft packages. Ideally, you would have come from a Project / Design Management or Planning background and be commercially astute. The business will also consider someone with a strong - and proven track record in Bid Management, who has the experience of working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Main Contractor.
