Our client, an award winning Tier One contractor is looking for a Bid Manager to join their expanding team in central London on a fixed-term contract basis. The role will focus primarily on construction and investment  so experience of this sector is desirable but not essential. The Bid Manager is a pivotal role and will communicate with a number of departments including marketing, comms and PR. 

Management and being a mentor for those in the team are key aspects of the role. You will lead storyboarding, and take a pro-active role in the management of bids and interviewing subject matter experts; looking at the risk attached to tendering and playing a strategic role within the department is also pivotal. 

You will be extremely organised in capturing all the new content from a bid, recording and sharing lessons learnt. Additionally, key skills required for the role include a high level of English, editing with the creative ability to write compellingly. You will have been in the bidding world for eight to ten years and looking to further your career.
