A Bid Manager is now required to join a rapidly growing Main Contractor in Sussex. The business operates in the Education, Healthcare, Commercial and Residential sectors.

The main purpose of this role is to produce high quality and customer focused content, in line with the organisation's value and style. Due to the nature of this role applicants will have come from a main contracting background ideally with a history of winning bids within the Healthcare and Education sectors.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • A self-starter who is eager to learn and progress within a very hands on approach environment;
  • Good understanding and front line experience of project managing end to end bid process;
  • Demonstrable success in formulating and delivering winning bids / projects , assisting in storyboarding, key review meetings and final document reviews;
  • Worked on projects ranging in value between 7million and 150millon;
  • A strong use of oral and written English, with the ability to present complex ideas in a straightforward context;
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in relevant subject.
