A well established, multi-disciplined engineering and construction company with ambitious plans of growth. They provide a wide range of construction services relating to infrastructure, buildings, water, utilities, power and natural resources. This company are currently involved in some of the UK’s most exciting and innovative projects.

Due to increased workloads and growth of the work winning team, a Bid Manager is required to spearhead submissions for the Building and Property Development team who deliver residential, educational, commercial and refurbishment projects for public and private sector clients. Much of this work has been based in and around London, so a network and understanding of the South East Building market is beneficial. Clients include Housing Associations, London Boroughs, Royal Boroughs and County Councils.

The Bid Manager will have an excellent understanding of the bid life-cycle and will have experience working within a busy work winning team. Advanced IT proficiency and experience of coordination knowledge based systems is essential. You will have a knowledge of the bid life-cycle from tracking OJEU’s to PQQ, Tender and Post Tender interviews.
