A medium sized design and build arm of a main contractor based in the City of London requires the added support of a Bid Coordinator/writer to join the pre-construction/work winning team. You will have previously had vast exposure filling out PQQ’s, editing bid content and re writing these accordingly in line with the clients bespoke requirement.

A good construction understanding either main contracting or consultancy is essential as are having excellent IT skills (InDesign) and a good command of the English language. You will be required to liaise at all levels within the business and possess the ability to engage with individuals whilst under pressure. You must extract information concisely and relay this information accurately within the deadlines set assisting the bid writers and development director in their day to day preparation of bid documents. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a very stable and thriving organisation and assist with adding towards the future vision of this business.
