Job Description

We’re recruiting a Bid Coordinator for multinational law firm, to be based in either Manchester, Leeds or Edinburgh offices.

The company is one of the largest and most profitable global law firms, that are regarded as subject matter experts for legal advice and services to the many of the world’s top financial institutions and blue chip organisations. The UK Bid team is responsible for helping to develop bid proposals to win new business as well as working with / and preparing Partners and other senior stakeholders to pitch for new business opportunities.

Based out of the London head office and reporting to the Head of Bids, you will be joining an established and successful team. This opportunity is highly focused on the quality of content in the bid proposals, as well as project managing a multi-functional team to help prepare the Partners pitch presentations.

You will have 1-2 years in a bid coordinator capacity, ideally within the professional services sectors, such as law and accountancy, however candidates from other sectors are also encouraged to apply. Key to your success in gaining an interview for this role will be strong interpersonal and project management skills.

In return, you will receive a basic salary of c £30,000 and, as a large, growing and employee organisation, it offers a range of exciting benefits.
