An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced bidding professional to join an innovative highway service provider, that operate across the South of England. Services include highway maintenance, street lighting, surfacing and traffic management, The Highways division is part of a wider company group, that employs over 2,500 staff across the country within several business units that also operate in the rail, airport, marine, energy, water and environmental infrastructure sectors, offering expertise to a range of projects with contract values up to £200 million

Due to increased workload within the Work Winning Team, a Bid Coordinator is required to produce high quality pre-qualification and tender submissions. Proposals Coordinator will contribute to pre-construction business development and estimating administration.  

To carry out the Proposals Coordinator position, you will need previous experience in a similar role within bidding, professional copywriting and/or journalism, preferably in the civil engineering or construction sector. You will have strong communication skills and an excellent grasp of the English language.
