Job Description

A Bid Administrator is required to join a growing maintenance and high-end decorating firm in the Orpington area. You will join the Bid and Technical team, assisting them in supporting their tender process. You will have excellent IT skills and be fully conversant in the entire Microsoft Suite with knowledge of Access.

Due to the fast paced nature of the bidding process, you will be able to juggle tasks and prioritise work load within the deadlines set. A good command of the written English is essential as there will be times when you will proof read and edit some of the content, as and when necessary. Previous exposure to using online portals (OJEU) and or other submission methods are essential, as this will be a large part of the role. There is room to progress within this Bid Team and great opportunity to forge a career within the business, long term.
