Job Description

We are working with a privately owned, Residential Contracting business who have been established in the South of England for over 20 years. They operate from a network of offices across the UK and employ some of the most driven and passionate individuals in the Construction Industry.

They  produce quality, modern living solutions on Build developments of RC Frame,

The Role & Project:

They are looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager with keen eye for detail to join the team on a scheme of 110 apartments in Oxfordshire. The development is a mixture of RC Frame blocks up to 7 storeys with under croft car parks, through to lower rise Traditional Build blocks of circa 3 storeys.

The right candidate:

Reporting to the Site Manager and in turn to a visiting Contracts Manager you will have experience as an Assistant Site Manager with a Residential House Builder or Residential Contractors.

Driven, enthusiastic, exacting standards. Someone with experience in Site Management in the UK, working for a Residential Main Contractor on Residential Projects is a must.

You will be able to manage programmes, read site drawings, conduct site inductions, lead sub contractor meetings, will have a good knowledge of UK Building Regulations HBF Standards.
