Are you an experienced Assistant Site Manager looking to step up to run your own site ?

Do you have experience of Timber Frame or Traditional Build schemes working for a Volume House Builder?

One of the most successful privately owned family run Residential Developers in North Kent is seeking either an experienced Site Manager or an Assistant Site Manager looking to take the next step of running their own site.

They have a site in Erith, SE London/Kent which is currently at demolition stage and is due to start with groundworks in late October 2017. The incoming Site Manager will consist of 10 timber frame units which is 8 x 3 bedroom houses and 2 x 2 bed bungalows.

The successful Site Manager will come from a medium to volume house builder and will be able to manage smooth delivery of the scheme, managing Sub Contractors, delivery timelines, Health and Safety, Traffic Management, report writing, and liaising with local authorities and external contractors such as Utility companies.

On offer is an attractive basic salary of between 45,000 - 50,000 for an Assistant Site Manager stepping up and between 50,000 - 55,000 for an experienced Manager. Benefits package will include car allowance (company cars not available), pension, healthcare, mileage, 25 days annual leave and discretionary bonus dependent on site/company performance.

Candidates should hold the following CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid, along with any other relevant qualifications.
