Due to a number of exciting project wins, this regional office of a multinational construction consultancy is expanding their team in the Hampshire area. They are seeking to appoint additional resource those with a background in Programme and Project Management who are interested in working on a broad mix of projects.
This regional office started from scratch a few years ago and has developed a broad range of clients from Heritage, Local Government, Military, Blue Light services, Private schools, University capital development programmes plus a plethora of one off unique projects.
As an Assistant Project Manager you will be exposed to a broad variety of projects across a mix of private and public sector clients building strong foundations for onward career development. Upon joining you will be enrolled on a tailored training programme with support on your preferred route to Chartership. Clients vary from regional police services estate refurbishment programmes, new build student accommodation as part of University capital development programme, sympathetic refurbishment of Heritage and listed buildings through to one of bespoke projects for private clients.
This is a scarce opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager looking for the trappings of a multinational business with structured training, extensive benefits and support combined with the feel and dynamism of small family business. Whilst prior project management experience is desirable, they appreciate that the role can taught and learnt but personality is key to them.
