A leading housebuilder is looking to recruit an experienced Area Sales Manager to cover multiple sites across the South Midlands.

About the Company:

Avant Homes is one of the UK’s leading privately-owned housebuilders. Their homes have established a reputation for innovative design and specification and they operate in Scotland, the north east of England, Yorkshire and the Midlands.

About the Role:

The Midlands region produces c700 units a year, and reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for approximately 1/3 of that output. You would be responsible for Sales area, running teams across multiple sites in a South Midlands patch stretching from Leicester down to Milton Keynes. Currently there are 6 sites with variable output, average sales prices in excess of £350K. Avant runs a sales model of 3 Sales Advisors working across 2 sites, with 4 additional Sales Advisors moving between areas and sites as needed

About the Person:

This is an ideal position for someone who is currently an Area Sales Manager or a Senior Sales Negotiator looking for career progression. Ideally, you will have a strong track-record leading successful field based sales teams in residential development.

Leading by example, you will be able to create a high performance, customer centric, sales culture to ensure that all targets are consistently met and exceeded. Able to formulate Area and site sales strategies, you will also have broad knowledge and experience of budget preparation, and good finance / commercial awareness.

What’s in it for you?

The successful candidate can expect a salary in the range of £55,000 - £65,000 plus up to 25% bonus, car allowance healthcare, and pension.
