We’re supporting a national boutique property consultancy at an exciting time of growth, to appoint an interim Bid Manager to join a highly successful Business Development function and based in Central London.
The bids team are industry renowned for their creation of unique bids that help the wider company secure business through their key accounts and new clients for service lines that include: Acquisitions, Disposables & Lettings, Capital Markets, Building Consultancy and Lease Advisory (to name a few) and across sectors that include commercial, industrial and residential.
These are key appointments to the business, which are seen as instrumental in project managing business development initiatives and the the overall bid process from inception to completion, by creating content and engaging internal stakeholders to prepare for pitch presentations. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to work in a varied and challenging role.
The successful candidate will have significant experience of developing winning bids, ideally within the property, built environment or professional services sectors. Crucially for this role will be your ability to influence and change behaviours of stakeholders in a variety of functions and seniority. Ideally you will be proficient in the use of InDesign or other design suites.
In return, you will receive a basic salary of c. £39,000-£43,000 p.a. plus an industry leading bonus scheme and, as a large, growing and employee organisation, it offers a range of exciting benefits including private healthcare, life assurance and pension to name but a few.
