Summary: Freelance Site Manager required starting in September to deliver a new build project with a 32 week build programme near Pulborough in West Sussex.
The project is a new build bespoke house of modern design consisting of RC Frame and substantial glazing.
Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager you will be responsible for all on site activity where you will be constantly communicating with client and architect.
It is essential that you possess a valid First Aid to be considered for this position with CSCS, SMSTS or additional certificates/qualifications being an added advantage.
